Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Discs (Series SC-DH) are 4-inch, hook & loop non-woven abrasive discs made with aluminum oxide for surface finishing and conditioning. These flexible brown discs are coarse grade, designed to attach to 3M hook & loop backup pads and used with right angle, random orbital and dual-action sanders. They do not include vacuum holes and are sold in packages (item package quantity 10). Maximum recommended RPM: 13,000. Common applications include surface blending, finishing, and preparation prior to coating or painting.
