LA-CO PTFE pipe thread sealing tape provides reliable sealing for metal pipe threads in a wide range of fluid applications. Made from PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), this white tape is 3/4" wide and 520" long (approximately 43 ft). It meets MIL-T standards 27730A and is non-toxic. Designed for use with air, alcohol, biodiesel, butane, diesel, ethanol, gasoline, LP gas, natural gas, oil, oxygen, propane, refrigerant, steam and water. Suitable for high-pressure liquid applications (up to 10,000 psi) and high temperature ranges. Ideal for plumbing, industrial, and gas-line sealing where a clean, chemically-inert thread seal is required.
