3M Scotch 35 Polyvinyl Chloride color coding electrical tape provides reliable electrical and mechanical protection. This PVC-backed tape with a pressure-sensitive rubber-resin adhesive delivers 1250 V/mil dielectric strength and a temperature range up to 221°F (105°C). It is flame retardant and resistant to UV and varying weather conditions. Typical uses include phase identification, color coding of motor leads and piping systems, marking safety areas, and general insulating and wrapping tasks. Specifications include 1/2 in width, 20 ft length, 7 mil thickness, Series 35, rubber adhesive, tensile strength 17 lb./inch, and CSA/UL/VDE standards compliance.
