The Axis Communications T8642 (model 5027-421) Ethernet over Coax Device PoE+ Adapter enables camera installers to keep legacy coax cabling when converting an analog system into digital. It delivers standard Power over Ethernet (PoE) and centrally-sourced power with no new cables required. Ideal for installations where coax cables are already present and may be very long or inaccessible; supports PoE transmission over up to 328' (100 m). The adapter features an intuitive LED display for installation and guaranteed performance, and is compatible with Internet Protocol cameras.
