This Safariland 6005 SLS quick-release tactical holster is built around the Self Locking System (SLS) rotating hood, which requires a simultaneous push down and rotation forward to release and becomes more secure when upward force is applied. The STX Tactical finish offers durable protection against scrapes and scratches, while the soft SafariSuede suede-lined interior and molded sight track help protect sights and firearm finish. The design includes a double strap leg shroud and vertical leg strap with a quick-release detachable leg harness for secure, adjustable leg carry. Overall, the holster prioritizes secure retention, smooth access, and protection for tactical applications.
