PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Sandpaper / Sanding Gel FROM THE MANUFACTURER 3M Type C Discs are fiber-backed grinding discs that are fully resin bonded. They are coated with a tough, durable aluminum oxide abrasive and feature closed coat construction. These 24 grit discs measure 7 inches by .875 inches. 3M Bulk Abrasive Discs are available in diameters ranging from 4 inches up to 12 inches. There is a wide range of abrasives and grades to choose from including 3M Fre-Cut which resists loading and filling, 3M Resinite bonded discs for heat resistance, and 3M Tri-M-ite with silicon carbide and 3M Three-M-ite with aluminum oxide for sharp, clean cutting. Tough paper backings on 3M discs also range from a versatile production weight to very strong D and E weights.
