CGW 48015 resin fiber discs are coated abrasive discs designed for aggressive material removal and finishing on metal and other surfaces. Construction uses closed-coat aluminum oxide (with zirconia present in some formulations) on a vulcanized fiber backing with a resinoid bond for durability and reduced heat buildup. Disc diameter: 4-1/2 in with 7/8 in arbor hole, Grit: 60 (medium). Backing material: fiber; disc color: brown. Recommended for use with right angle grinders and sanders. Maximum RPM: 13,300. Sold as a set intended for industrial/personal sanding and grinding applications.
