PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This North 5400 Series Full Facepiece Respirator offers excellent safety at an affordable price. An ideal workhorse respirator for subcontractors and other occasional users, the 5400 Series can be configured three different ways: as an air purifying respirator (APR), a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) and a continuous flow supplied air respirator (CF-SAR). Offering protection against particulates, dusts, fumes, mists, organic vapors, acid gases & other contaminants, the 5400 model is compatible with our full range of cartridges, filters & cartridge/filter combinations to suit any work environment. A welding adaptor option is also available. The full face respirator features soft, latex-free, thermoplastic elastomer construction for longwearing comfort on the job. The wide sealing area is designed to fit a variety of facial types, and tough polycarbonate lens offers a 200° field of vision with downward view for optimal sight in all directions. The ANSI-Approved lens is designed to withstand high impacts, eliminating the need for additional eye protection. A four-point head strap ensures a secure fit and seal, and the threaded cartridge connector prevents accidental disconnection.
