Built with four steel support columns and a scratch-resistant black powder coat finish, the stand offers strength, rigidity and a satin appearance that resists scratches and scuffs. Four soft rubberized top pads protect speakers from scratches and help isolate them from unwanted vibrations, while adjustable spikes pierce through carpet to further isolate the stand and speaker from floor resonances. All four rectangular support columns can be filled with sand or steel shot for additional vibration dampening. Sold individually, the Monolith stand is compatible with a wide range of bookshelf and home audio speakers, including those from Bose, Polk, Sony, Yamaha and Pioneer.
