The LENOX RX+ Vari-Raker bimetal band saw blade (RX Plus series) combines welded bimetal construction with M-42 high-speed steel (HSS) teeth for heat and wear resistance. The RX+ vari-tooth design and vari-set pattern reduce strippage at high feed rates while the optimized variable pitch and set sequence lower noise and vibration and help evacuate chips. A positive tooth rake angle and raker set improve cutting performance in carbon and structural steel, and the blade is suitable for cuts in tubular shapes, structural shapes, and tubular bundles.
