Size 3 Stanchion Lead Block - Single with Becket & Cam Cleat. Barton Marine's stanchion lead blocks have proven popular with cruising sailors worldwide. Mounted to a stanchion base, the lead block enables the Genoa furling line to be led back to the cockpit for easy adjustment. The ball-bearing sheave is a precision molded acetal sheave running on a substantial diameter brass bearing to ensure free running under high loads. The unit fully rotates about the swivel head to match pulling angle. Cam cleat secures the line in place. Block attaches to stanchion by screwing together the integral stainless steel strap. Technical specifications include single sheave size 1-3/4" (45mm), maximum rope diameter 3/8" (10mm), safe working load 881 lb (400 kg), maximum stanchion/tube size 1" (25mm). Sold as an individual.
