Tempilstik 28059 Surface Temperature Indicator, 1100°F (593°C). Available in over 100 temperature ratings from 100°F to 2000°F (38°C to 1093°C). Each Tempilstik is supplied with a unique slip-resistant metal holder engineered for smooth operation and maximum user control. Tempilstiks provide precise results even for critical applications and meet the preheat temperature requirements of AWS D1.1 and other welding code specifications. Features include high accuracy (±1% of rated temperature), superior contaminant-free quality (no sulfur, lead or halogens), easy-to-use melt verification for visual inspection, and traceability with temperature and lot marking.
