While the friction created by this decal remover eraser wheel won’t damage most finishes, it is important to ensure that the substrate is not heat sensitive, as repeated friction causes heat. It’s easy to use with most drills and standard rotary tools. 3M Stripe Off Wheel 07498 has an optimum operating speed of 2,000 rpm (+/- 200) and a maximum operating speed of 4,000 rpm.
